A day in the life of DAD

Well today was a good day for me,I got to actually stay at home and still was able to work. I did a ton of laundry, some light home upgrading, made a few cd's,but I was able to end the day with a huge smile because I got to take Connor with me to Wal-Mart!!!Yeah!!!!(sarcasm) our little girl is so smart that when we walked in the door she looked at me with a look as if she were trying to say " Eeewh dad I can't believe you shop here,Mom goes to Target! Our little snot, but who can blame her,she likes Target! We went on a mission to find some brackets for Liz and ended up with so much more it was GREAT!!!! The whole time we were in there she was looking around and taking everything in,wait should I be concerned, we met a few interesting but kind people, for example, we were in the garden center and there was this couple in there about mid 40's,they looked under the influence but I'm not the type to judge and teach my daughter that we are all Gods children and we are to treat everyone one the same and leave the judging up to the big guy upstairs. Although they seemed pretty bad my daughter was able to bring the good out in them and make them pause and SLOW down for a minute as they stopped to say that they thought she was the prettiest baby they had ever seen and I was so proud to say thank you and that she looks just like her mommy. I said from the day she was born that she was an angel and when I see her make me smile it just makes that seem all more true. Thank you God for my beautiful gift and Liz thank you for making this beautiful little girl. I love you both so much! Well at least she looks like me when she is upset, lol. She makes the same faces as me when someone makes her mad,it's not often almost rare but when she is you can see my eyes, hey she cant be all looks without a bit of edge right? we just got home and although she should be going to bed daddy gave in to those little eyes and bought her a new toy(age appropriate)again(every time we go to the store)so it probably will keep her up for another hour at the most then she gets bored with it and needs a new one!lol. well got to go,its tv time with mommy and Titi.Take care all,Andres(daddy)
